Terms and Conditions
All contestants certify as follows: 1. Contestant must be 21 or older to enter the contest. 2.All photos that are submitted are the original work of the contestant and have never been the subject of a copyright and the contestant is the sole owner and creator of any photos submitted. 3. All persons appearing in any photo have signed a release authorizing the contestant to submit the photo to the Atlantic City Convention & Visitors Authority (ACCVA) and that such release authorizes the ACCVA to use, publish, reproduce, or alter such photo, and that this release and the rights therein extend to all marketing partners of the ACCVA. Photos requiring a model release will be activated upon receipt of completed release form. Click here to download a model release form (PDF) or (Word Document) 4. The ACCVA and its marketing partners may use such photos in the manners described above at no cost to the ACCVA or its marketing partners. 5. The contestant hereby indemnifies the ACCVA, its marketing partners, their respective employees, agents and assigns from any and all liability, claims or damages incurred by or served by the contestant, any persons appearing in the photo and any owners of property shown in the photo. 6. Photos of any portion of a gaming floor of any casino are prohibited and contestants certify that photos do not include any such casino gaming areas. 7. No Photos of Minors. Photos submitted shall not include persons under 21 consuming alcohol or in an establishment serving alcohol. 8. All photos shall be taken in areas where photography is permitted by law. 9. Photos submitted may not be altered in anyway. This includes using software such as Photoshop to adjust photos, change backgrounds or add borders. 10. Photos submitted to us must be of high resolution (300 dpi, minimum 640 x 480 pixels), and of correct orientation. 11. Keep photo file names short, using 15 characters or less, for example, ACskyline.jpg or Boardwalksunset.jpg. Do not use special characters or spaces in your file name. 12. Any photos that are considered offensive or pornographic by the ACCVA shall be disqualified and not used. 13. The ACCVA has all rights to reject and refuse to publish or use any photos, which refusal shall be in the complete discretion of ACCVA. 14. All photos submitted shall become the property of the ACCVA upon submission. 15. Employees of the ACCVA, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional agencies, web site providers/webmasters and immediate family members (and those living in their same households) of each employee are not eligible. 16.
